Getting Started

Guides for club leaders and for riders. Look for the ? on any page to get help right where you are.

Welcome, club leader! Here's how to get your club set up and rolling on Rider Miles.

1. Finish your club setup

Your Club Readiness widget on the Club Dashboard lists the key steps: upload a logo, set your club type and ride visibility, complete your club profile, create your first ride, and invite members. Knock these out and your club is ready.

2. Invite your riders

Use Invite a Rider in the header to email an invite, or import a roster from Club Settings. Riders always ride free — only the club pays.

3. Schedule rides

Create rides from Create Event (the Admin menu or the Club Dashboard). Add the date, meeting spot, and route, then announce it so members get notified and can RSVP.

4. Credit miles after each ride

After a ride, open Assign Miles, pick the event, check off who rode, and enter the miles. Riders earn credit toward their certificates.

5. Recognize your riders

Print mileage certificates from the Club Dashboard or the Admin menu as your members hit their milestones.

Welcome to Rider Miles! Here's how to get rolling.

1. Complete your profile

Add your name and email (required), and optionally a biker name, phone, and photo so your club recognizes you.

2. Add your emergency contact (ICE)

Tell us who to call in an emergency. It's optional but strongly recommended — it helps your officers reach your family if something happens on a ride.

3. Add your motorcycle

Put your bike (or bikes) in My Garage. Track mileage, service, and documents all in one place.

4. Join a club

Use Find a Club to search by location or name and request to join. Once you're in, you'll see its rides and your miles. Riders always ride free.

5. RSVP and ride

Browse Rides & Events, RSVP to the ones you want, and show up. Your club's officers credit your miles afterward.
